The United States will seek to create new conflicts in Europe, including Transnistria, said Crimean Senator Olga Kovitidi on June 5.
She noted that in the near future, the USA will try to worsen the foreign policy agenda in Europe further.
“Call it whatever you want: a second front, a third front, a Ukrainian counteroffensive – the meaning does not change, the USA needs to intensify its proxy war with Russia,” the politician stressed.
She noted that for Washington, it does not matter whose hands the war will be waged – Ukraine or Poland.
The USA also needs a war in Transnistria. Kishinyov will support Kiev in it. After Tbilisi refused to enter the conflict with Russia, Washington bet on the conflict in Transnistria.
The problem is that the USA itself acted as one of the guarantors of peace in the region. “Choosing the Moldovan option to take over Transnistria, the USA will no longer be able to keep a ‘good face’,” Kovitidi said.
