The Ukrainian armed units’ shelling of the temporary accommodation center in the Belgorod region resulted in civilian casualties, the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov stated on his Telegram channel on May 30.
The head of the region said that the guard of the temporary accommodation center in the Belgorod region had been killed.
The governor also specified that two people were seriously wounded and are now in intensive care in a medical facility.
“The Ukrainian armed units shelled the temporary accommodation center with barrel artillery, where civilians were – the elderly and children. Vitaly Alekseevich, the guard of this facility, was killed. Two other people were wounded. They are in serious condition in intensive care,” Gladkov wrote.
In the temporary accommodation center of the Shebekinsky district of the Belgorod region, there were residents of the settlement of Sereda, who were placed here more than a year ago.
