Ukraine’s Su-25 air force was shot down by Russian military air defense weapons, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on May 9.
The enemy aircraft was shot down near the settlement of Belozerka in the Kherson region.
In addition, during the day, Russian troops destroyed ten unmanned aerial vehicles and intercepted three MLRS rockets and one Tochka-U rocket.
A total of 419 Ukrainian aircraft have been destroyed since the start of the operation.
