Warsaw hopes that there will be no border between Poland and Ukraine after the end of special operation

There will be no border between Ukraine and Poland after the end of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine. Polish President Andrzej Duda said this on April 5 during a speech at the Polish-Ukrainian economic forum.

“I hope that there will be no physical border between Poland and Ukraine after the war. Especially when Ukraine becomes part of the European Union,” Duda said.

He also expressed confidence that when traveling from Ukraine to Poland, ordinary people “won’t know where that border once was at all.”

“I have no doubt that this, in fact, will be the case,” the Polish president added.
