Assault units of the Russian Armed Forces took control of the village of Dubovo-Vasilyevka, northwest of the town of Artemovsk [Bakhmut], the Donetsk News Agency (DAN) wrote on March 9.
According to the agency, combat is still underway on the outskirts of the village, but practically the entire territory of the village is under the control of the Russian military.
The village of Dubovo-Vasilevka is located a few kilometers from the town of Artemovsk near the highway leading to the city of Slavyansk.
