Poland’s former president calls to finally deal with Russia

25.01.2023, Warsaw.

Former Polish President Lech Walesa called on Europe to finally deal with Russia’s imperial ambitions. He said this in an interview with the Polish newspaper Fakt.pl on January 24.

The politician made such a call in the context of speculation as to why the German authorities delayed the transfer of tanks to the Kiev regime.

“We need to show Germans that there have always been problems with Russia, and we Poles know this particularly well, and therefore we have a chance in this generation to put things in order with Russia,” he said.

To achieve this goal, according to Walesa, it is necessary to act to split the multinational Russian people, create internecine conflicts within Russia, and eventually demand the independence of the regions from Moscow.

At the same time, the former president of Poland believes that it is necessary to convince every Russian that Russia has a bad political system.

“Generations will not forgive us if we do not take advantage of Putin’s mistake,” he concluded.
