The aim of the terrorist attack in the Russian House in the Central African Republic, where an explosion occurred while opening a parcel and injured Dmitry Syty, is to prevent the activities of this institution in Bangui, and more broadly to harm the successful development of friendly relations between two countries, the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry wrote on December 16.
The director of the Russian House Dmitry Syty received a parcel in the CAR, after the opening of which an explosion occurred. Syty was seriously injured, and doctors are providing the necessary help to save his life. According to Yevgeniy Prigozhin, before the explosion the head of Russian House had managed to read a note which read: “This is for you from all the French, the Russians will get out of Africa”.
