Russian troops are advancing along the entire contact line in Donbass, the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin said on December 12 in a video message published on his Telegram channel.

“Along the entire contact line, we see the advance of our units,” Pushilin said.

The DPR head noted that in some areas the advance is 100 to 200 meters a day, in others it is up to 10-20 meters.

Pushilin stressed that these 10-20 meters are important if they improve the position of our units.

On 11 December, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Russian troops are conducting offensive actions in the Donetsk direction, repelling counterattacks by the Ukrainian armed units.

On December 12, LPR People’s Militia officer Andrey Marochko said that the Ukrainian armed forces had redeployed a large number of doctors to the Donbass front due to high losses near Artemovsk.
