The United States of America must compensate for the damage from sanctions to the current government of Afghanistan, and it must unfreeze all the blocked assets, said President of Russia Vladimir Putin on October 13 on the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia.
“We call for compensating the damage inflicted on Afghans over the years of occupation and unfreezing illegally blocked Afghan funds,” the Russian president said.
