The organizer of the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge turned out to be the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, the Center for Public Relations of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) said on October 12.
The FSB established that the organizer of the terrorist attack was the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s GUR, its head Kirill Budanov, as well as employees and agents.
