The explosion on the Crimean bridge was an act of terrorism against the critical civilian infrastructure of the Russian Federation, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with the head of the Russian Investigative Committee Aleksandr Bastrykin on October 9.
According to the president, after Bastrykin’s report, he had no doubts about this. “This is a terrorist attack aimed at destroying the critical civilian infrastructure of the Russian Federation,” Putin stressed.
“The authors, executors, and organizers [of this terrorist attack] are the special services of Ukraine,” the Russian leader said. At the same time, Russian citizens and foreign states did not do without participation either, Bastrykin added.
