In accordance with the government decree, the powers of the Commission for Strengthening the Stability of the Russian Economy are significantly expanding taking into account the partial mobilization regime, states the press service of the department on October 3 in the public release.

Among other things, the decree defines commission’s authority in developing operational socio-economic measures under conditions of the partial mobilization.

“In turn, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Labor and the Federal Tax Service should create the headquarters that will deal with issues of maintaining sustainable operations for small and medium-sized businesses. Representatives of federal authorities and public associations involved will also be included in the commission,” stated in the explanatory note to the document.
