Russia is currently at war not so much with Ukraine as with the West, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said on September 21.
He also said that the entire group of NATO satellites is working against Russia in Ukraine, while the Western command, which is headquartered in Kiev, is in charge of the Ukrainian troops.
