Ukrainian militants have pulled up all their reserves in the Kharkov region, they have colossal “thousandths” of losses, and people are being thrown to the slaughter, head of the civil-military administration of the region Vitaly Ganchev said on the air of the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
“The Ukrainian armed forces have pulled up all their reserves and are now trying to establish victory on the corpses of their soldiers. They have colossal losses, amounting to the thousands. Literally, they are throwing people into battle to slaughter,” Ganchev said.
Earlier, the head of the Kupyansk district Maksim Gubin said that Ukrainian saboteurs failed to break through to some areas of the Kharkov region, despite all attempts.
Joint forces continue to evacuate civilians to the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic and Russia to ensure their complete safety.
Combat in the Kharkiv region continues along the entire line of contact. The population continues to be provided with humanitarian aid, but the Kharkov regional authorities recommended that all families with children temporarily leave the border areas.
Earlier, the civil-military administration of the region said that the Ukrainian military was repulsed in an attempt to take Balakleya located in the territory of the Kharkiv region under the control of Russia.
