The Ukrainian command has ordered troops to secretly leave their positions near Seversk, the People’s Militia of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) officer Andrey Marochko wrote on July 15 on his Telegram channel.
“The Ukrainian command decided to gradually withdraw its units from Seversk town,” the statement reads.
Units of the Ukrainian army are instructed to leave their positions in small groups, maintaining stealth, he added.
