LPR People's Militia: Polish mercenaries suffer serious losses in Kamyshevakha

Mercenaries from Poland suffered significant losses near the village of Kamyshevakha in the Lugansk People’s Republic, a commander of the Cossack regiment of the LPR People’s Militia taking part in the liberation of the village said on June 20, RIA Novosti reported.

The 6th Cossack regiment of the LPR People’s Militia together with the Akhmat Kadyrov regiment are taking part in the liberation of Kamyshevakha. In this sector of the frontline, they are confronted by units of the Ukrainian military and Polish mercenaries.

“We clearly hear Polish speech and commands. In addition, they are actively using their silent 60 mm mortars, as well as drones carrying bombs in hardpoints,” said a representative of the LPR People’s Militia. He stressed that not individual Polish fighters, but a well-organized detachment are operating in this area.

The LPR People’s Militia noted that Chechen servicemen were taking part in the liberation of Zolotoye-2 and Gorskoye as part of joint assault groups.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry said that since the start of the special operation for demilitarization and denationalization of Ukraine, over 1,800 Polish mercenaries arrived on Ukrainian territory, of whom 272 left Ukraine for Poland and 378 were killed.
