Kurginyan: The opinion that Russia’s special operation can be completed in two days is madness

14.03.2022, Moscow.

The special operation has been going as it should, while its peculiarity is that it is impossible to operate with the terms “tomorrow or the day after tomorrow”, said philosopher, political scientist, leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on March 12 on the air of The Great Game TV-show on First Channel.

He explained that the way the Russian forces operate in Ukraine can be called neo-Syrian – it consists in defeating groups on the plains and blocking groups in cities with the establishment of humanitarian corridors.

“Everything has been done as it should be– this is the scenario. And the crazy people — American and ours, who said that you can do everything in two days — are people who have gone mad. They saw some kind of computer picture in their delirium. Now they are saying, why is there not this picture? Because this does not correspond to your foolishness!” the political scientist explained.

Kurginyan noted that the Ukrainian Nazis are worse than terrorists in Syria, as the former have been totally blocking the country’s cities, while the latter at least somehow allowed civilians to leave. The political scientist stressed that in such operations there are no concepts of “tomorrow, the day after tomorrow” concerning the takeover of big cities. This is why it is necessary that everyone understands this.

“To stop men, experts or anyone with an average knowledge of the military situation from escalating: ‘Fast! Shortly! Why so long?’… Everything has been going as it should! Every time you say ‘Faster, faster!’… And at whose expense? At the expense of these armchair experts?” explained Kurginyan.

He believes that the current method of conducting the special operation is “the only and best option.” In his opinion, the stages of the operation will be: the defeat of the cauldron, Nikolaev, Odessa, the operation in Kiev and further movement.
