Ukrainian army’s artillery continues to fire from Kharkov. The reconnaissance groups of the nationalist battalions operate in the forest park area to the north of Kharkov.

The Russian Armed Forces broke through the defensive lines of the Ukrainian army and the National Security Forces in Izyum. The left bank of the Seversky Donets went under the control of Russian forces, the Ukrainian army retreated to the southern half of the city.

Less than three hours before the opening of the humanitarian corridors, “absurd” requests were voiced by the Ukrainian side:

Provide evacuation from the towns of Bucha, Borodyanka, Irpen, Dymer and Ivankovo in the Kiev region, as well as Liptsy and Strilech in the Kharkov region, which are under the control of the Russian Armed Forces. At the same time, none of the residents of these settlements expressed a desire to evacuate; people live peacefully in their homes and are not threatened by anything;

Organize the evacuation of the population from the towns of Izyum and Balakleya in the Kharkov region, which are under the full control of nationalist battalions, and the Russian armed forces have nothing to do with ensuring security in these towns yet;

To deliver official Kiev’s alleged humanitarian cargoes to Melitopol and Berdyansk in Zaporohzhzhye region and to the city of Kherson. This also looks cynical to the residents of these cities, because these areas are currently under full control of the Russian Armed Forces, and their population continues to live a peaceful life and is provided with everything they need, including humanitarian aid from the Russian Federation. At present there are absolutely no problems in providing these populated areas with aid.
