The Ukrainian government has actually lost any control of its military forces, and it has always been unable to perform any governance, said correspondent member of the Academy of Military Sciences, Director of Center for Military Forecasting Anatoly Tsyganok in a comment to the Rossa Primavera News Agency.
“The [Ukrainian] government is apparently unable to rule, because the Russian army has destroyed its military control system, while the government itself is unable to perform any governance,” the expert said.
According to Tsyganok, the process of disintegration of Ukraine has already begun. He reminded that Hungarian communities in the Ciscarpathian region have already initiated the preparation of a referendum to separate from Ukraine.
“This means Ukraine is already disintegrating itself,” the expert concluded. According to Tsyganok, the Nazis are retreating to Lvov, their basic territory.
After major military infrastructure sites were suppressed by the evening of February 24, an ultimatum was offered to President Zelensky to sign a Minsk-3 agreement.
Under this agreement, Ukraine must stop reclaiming the territory of Crimea as well as the Donetsk and the Lugansk people’s republics. Also, the south-east of Ukraine must be federalized.
In the morning of February 24, President of Russia Vladimir Putin in his address to the citizens said that Russia’s goal is ensure that every people on the territory of Ukraine have the right to self-determination and choosing their further destiny.
