The ceremony of recognition of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics took place in the Kremlin. The decree recognizing the republics was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin on February 21.
Also Russian President, Denis Pushilin, head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, and Leonid Pasechnik, head of the LPR, signed a treaty on friendship and mutual cooperation.
