In the statement, Moscow and Beijing intend to “counter interference by outside forces in the internal affairs of sovereign countries under any pretext.”
In addition to the intention to oppose “interference by external forces in their internal affairs” under any pretext, Russia and China stressed that they will cooperate on fighting against “colored revolutions.”
