The story about how the “terrorist” Belarusian authorities committed a crime against the “nice boy” Roman Protasevich does not take into account the bloodthirstiness of such boys, said political analyst and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on the air of the Evening with Vladimir Solovyov program on Russia One TV channel on May 26.
“Here’s the main thing, when these boys don’t like something, they want to hang people, grab Molotov cocktails, a dagger or something heavier. They have nothing else,” Kurginyan said.
The political scientist recalled that the founder of the Ukrainian Bandera-Nazi gang Azov (organization banned in Russia) Biletskiy admitted that Protasevich was its member, and that Bandera’s men committed unthinkable atrocities against civilians during World War II.
“Accordingly, the state, if it wants to defend itself, says, ‘This is not a boy, but a scumbag who, among other things, talked about spilling blood’.” The leader of the Essence of Time movement stressed that any desire to subscribe to the story ‘nice boy’ is confronted with the fact that “we see that these are nice boys from a Sonderkommando with bloody intentions.“
Vladimir Solovyov, the host of the TV show, supported the political analyst in this, citing as an example the blogger Sinitsa, who called for the killing of the children of police officers, and about whose arrest the Russian intelligentsia expressed great indignation.
“How can one be touched by all this? How can one smile about the Bandera men who committed unthinkable atrocities and say, ‘Well, these are just boys, they are here, they are outraged, they want to be part of Europe…’?” – Sergey Kurginyan summarized his thoughts on the inconsistency of this approach.
On May 23, a Ryanair flight from Athens to Vilnius, was grounded in Minsk. The reason for landing was reportedly a bomb threat. Roman Protasevich, founder of the NEXTA Telegram channel, recognized as an extremist in Belarus, was on board. Protasevich was detained during identity checks at Minsk airport.
