Donetsk Prosecutor General's Office accuses Poroshenko of organizing terrorist attacks

The Prosecutor General’s Office of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic has accused the former president of Ukraine Pyotr Poroshenko of preparing a series of terrorist attacks, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office reported on March 25.

A criminal investigation has been opened against the former Ukrainian leader. In particular, Poroshenko is suspected of organizing the assassination of a DPR militia commander Arsen Pavlov (callsign “Motorola”).

Arsen Pavlov was killed on October 16, 2016, by an explosion in the elevator of the building where he lived in Donetsk. According to the DPR, the assassination of the Republic’s hero was a terrorist attack organized by the Ukrainian security services.
