According to him, the purpose of explosions organized by Kiev, was to terrorize the OSCE mission’s representatives and to show that Ukraine is under attack. Basurin clarified that Kiev wants to “terrorize” the OSCE to implement the United States’ plan to deploy an OSCE military mission to Donbass.

“The recent exacerbation of the situation leaving 24 residential homes damaged and 3 civilians injured… that’s how Ukraine wants to show that it is not the country that should be called the aggressor, but rather that it is under attack,” Basurin said.

The three explosions in downtown Donetsk left no one injured, but there is damage to infrastructure. The DPR Militia representative reported that the roof of a gas distribution facility as well as apartment building No. 70 on Kobozev Street were damaged.
