SBU kidnapped about 40 women

11.11.2017, DPR.

Security Service of Ukraine (SSU, Ukrainian: SBU) abducted about 40 women from Donbass territory, Donetsk People’s Republic’s Ombudswoman Daria Morozova said on November 11, RIA Novosti news agency reports.

The Ombudswoman said that there is evidence of kidnapping based on fabricated accusations.

“Officials of the Security Service of Ukraine started to abduct Donbass women that are not related to the conflict in Donbass in any way… I want to note that inquires of relatives remain unanswered by security services of Ukraine until there is a confession made by the detained. At the moment, SBU officials detain about 40 women that are accused of committing nonexistent crimes”, Morozova said.

Morozova said that SBU uses physical pressure to obtain confessions.

“Accusations thrown at the detained by Ukraine become more and more absurd with each time. This issue will necessarily be discussed as an agenda item at the next meeting of the humanitarian affairs subgroup in Minsk”, Morozova told.

DPR intelligence reported that Ukrainian security officials regularly kidnap people, including women, in Donbass districts that are controlled by Kiev authorities.
