The villages of Zhovanka and Zaytsevo on the Gorlovka segment of the contact line came under Ukrainian army’s fire. The enemy used mortars and small arms.
On the Donetsk direction, the Ukrainian military opened fire on the “Yasinovataya” checkpoint, the village of Spartak and the area of the Former Donetsk Airport with heavy artillery, mortars, grenade launchers, and small arms.
The settlements in the south of the Donetsk People’s Republic came under Ukrainian side’s fire last night resulting in 9 houses damaged. Electric power was lost in the villages of Zaichenko, Dzerzhinckoye, and Leninskoye.
On August 22, the Ukrainian army violated the ceasefire 45 times. The enemy shelled 21 town and villages of the DPR.
