The Chief of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) People’s Militia Directorate of Colonel Oleg Anashenko was assassinated today in Lugansk as a result of a terrorist bomb. He was killed today, at 7.50 AM, in Lugansk. He and another man were in a car that was bombed. LPR Ministry of Internal Affairs is conducting the investigative actions at the site of the explosion.
During the past week, 6 civilians were killed and 34 were injured in the shelling of residential districts in DPR towns and villages by the Ukrainian military. According to DPR People’s Militia (DPR PM) Command, 18 militiamen were killed and 26 were injured during the same period of time.
On February 2nd, our comrade callsign Lom was wounded in combat north of Donetsk. He had a lucky escape. A 7.62mm bullet went through his right hand and splintered his forearm. He was quickly taken to the hospital and operated on.
