Russian Permanent Representative to OSCE: Kiev helpless, reverts to provocations

14.12.2015, Moscow.

The actions of Kiev junta evidence that the Ukrainian military might be planning large-scale provocations in Donbass due to absence of significant progress in the political field, the Russian Permanent Representative to OSCE Aleksandr Lukashevich noted.

He reminded that the Ukrainian military has recently captured seven villages in the buffer zone in Donbass and conducted “purges” in one of these, having arrested several dozen supporters of Donetsk People’s Republic.

This is a very dangerous syndrome which might evidence that Ukrainian military might be capable of planning larger provocations and operations in the absence of significant progress in the political field,” he said on air of “Russia 24” TV channel.
