Ukrainian Parliament decided to officially celebrate the birthday of the founder of Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN). Parliament of junta gave the instructions to the National Bank and Ukrainian Mail Services to issue the commemorative coins and stamps. The Cabinet was instructed to negotiate the reburial of Evgeny Konovalets with the Government of the Netherlands.
