Ceasing power supply to Crimea is a criminal act, it violates existing agreements and should be investigated by the Ukrainian authorities, stated German Foreign Ministry spokesman Martin Schaefer at a news briefing on Monday.
He added that Berlin is anticipating to resume electricity supplies to Crimea.
