Kiev junta’s Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg have signed a bilateral document on opening the NATO office in Ukraine.
The representatives of Ukraine and NATO have also signed a document on defensive and technological cooperation of the junta and NATO.
