12 thousand residents have returned to the liberated Debaltsevo town in the past 6 months, according to town administration head Aleksandr Afendikov.
“People are returning. When the town was liberated, only 4,5 thousand people lived here. 7 months later the population of the town is approximately 17 thousand people.” Afendikov added that approximately 32 thousand people lived in Debaltsevo prior to the beginning of Kiev’s terrorist operation in Donbass.
