Kiev junta’s new military doctrine declares Russia as the principal potential aggressor against Ukraine. “A draft military doctrine is the first one ever in the independent history of Ukraine to define enemies and aggressors, which is Russia”, junta’s news agency “New Time” quoted Yatsenyuk’s statement.
