Kiev junta’s militants in Donbass are placed in a state of high combat readiness, according to DPR Deputy Defense Minister Eduard Basurin.
According to DPR military intelligence, the Ukrainian army units are placed in a state of high combat readiness.
While the army of Donetsk People’s Republic has unilaterally withdrawn artillery guns of less than 100 mm caliber three km away from the contact line, the Ukrainian army is building up the combat capabilities of its forces.
