Kiev junta’s punitive forces have shelled Telmanovo township. A woman died as a result, according to Telmanovo region head Sergey Ivanov.
The Ukrainian army started shelling Telmanovo approximately 40 minutes ago. A woman died as a result of the shelling. The shelling continues.
