Representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine have arrived in Svobodnoe village, Telmanovo district of Donetsk People’s Republic, to inspect and analyze the consequences of the night shelling.
The monitors have examined the damaged houses and explosion craters left by the Ukrainian army shells and talked to the locals.
