Protests against restrictive measures due to coronavirus at the Vienna Ring (Vienna, Austria)
A column of protesters at least a kilometer long marched through the Vienna Ring, a Rossa Primavera News Agency’s correspondent reported on November 20.
According to the most conservative estimates, the number of protesters at the site reaches 20,000 people. The protesters are voicing their political demands: “Down with the government!”
The authorities of the Austrian capital sanctioned six demonstrations against restrictive measures related to combating the spread of coronavirus infection. From 7 to 10 thousand people gathered on Vienna’s Schwarzenbergplatz. A speaker at the rally stated that the statistics on the incidence of the disease among vaccinated people are false, full of reticence, and not credible.
He also said that there is a war against the people and against the economy. He said that “the virus is just a pretext for reformatting all life” and called on those present to work together to prevent “this new order.”
