Terrorist group’s chief bombmaker killed in Syria

The “Tahrir Ash Sham” (organization banned in Russia) Islamist group’s deputy head for bombing known as Abu Omar was killed in Syria on June 24, Rossa Primavera News Agency’s source in Syria reports.

According to the report, Omar was shot by unknown persons, possibly a sniper, on the way to the village of Ash-Sheikh Ali to the west of Aleppo.

Prior to this, Islamist groups to the west of Aleppo had concluded a truce; nevertheless, combat between the terrorists has continued. For instance, shootouts continue between “Tahrir Ash Sham” (organization banned in Russia) and “Jabhat Tahrir Syria” (organization banned in Russia).
