The Ukrainian army shelled several towns and villages along the whole front line, active combat is underway in the suburbs of Donetsk, Gorlovka, and Yasinovataya, a source in the Donetsk People’s Republic People’s Militia (DPR PM) informed a Rossa Primavera News Agency reporter on March 27th.
Combat does not cease on the Gorlovka part of the front. The situation is tense in the area of the villages of Golmovsky, Zaytsevo, Zhovanka, Zheleznaya Balka, and Shirokaya Balka. The Ukrainian army is using heavy artillery, tanks, mortars of various calibers, infantry fighting vehicles, automatic grenade launchers, and small arms.
In the north of Gorlovka, in the area of Mayorsk, the DPR PM servicemen clamped down on the attempt of the Ukrainian sabotage-recon group, consisting of 10 soldiers of the 3rd independent special forces regiment of the Ukrainian army, to penetrate on the territory of the Republic
Fire of high-intensity is observed on the Yasinovataya and Donetsk parts of the front. The Ukrainian army shelled the suburbs of Yasinovataya, the villages of Yakovlevka, Mineralnoye, and Spartak, the area of “Volvo-Center”. There is information that a house began to burn in the village of Spartak. Active trench combat is underway in the area of Avdeevka industrial zone. The Ukrainian military are using heavy artillery and large-caliber machine guns.
South of Donetsk, Dokuchaevsk and the village of Yasinovataya came under Ukrainian army’s artillery fire.
In the Novoazovsky district of DPR, the Ukrainian side again attacked the front-line village of Kominternovo. There is information that one house on Akhmatova street was damaged.
According to DPR PM Command, one serviceman of the Republic was killed during the day.
During the past day, March 26th, the Ukrainian side violated ceasefire 63 times. 18 towns and villages of DPR came under the Ukrainian military’s shelling, 9 houses were damaged in Dokuchaevsk, the villages of Mineralnoye, and Staromikhailovka.
