Kurginyan explains why the USA cannot be considered unconditional ally of Israel

Not all Jews living in the United States love Israel, some of them even hate it, philosopher, political scientist, and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on August 22 on the Conversation with a Sage program on the Zvezda radio channel.

It is a major mistake, he noted, to assume that all American Jews have a positive attitude toward Israel. There are those who hate this state and wish for its disappearance from the map. In fact, American Jews do not have a uniform position toward Israel.

American political scientist Zbigniew Brzezinski believed that the US would find it much easier to control the Greater Middle East with the help of Islamism and the controlled chaos concept. Israel is an obstacle preventing the formation of an arc of Islamism that could be directed against Russia and China.

“Brzezinski himself told one of my very close acquaintances, pointing at the map, directly at Israel, ‘Well, look how easy it would be for the Americans to control things if this state no longer exists,’” Kurginyan recalled.

According to him, Jews in the US Democratic Party hate Israel. US Republicans, on the other hand, have a more ambivalent stance. Part of them — Christian Zionists — believe that the rebirth of Israel fulfills biblical prophecy. The theological foundation of Christian Zionism is dispensationalism, widespread among modern Baptists and Pentecostals. According to dispensationalism, faithful Christians will be secretly taken up to heaven, while another chosen people, the Jews, will remain on earth, convert to Christianity, witness the Second Coming of Christ, and enter into the millennial Jewish kingdom.

Thus, within the United States, there exists a powerful group that hates Israel and desires its destruction. Therefore, it is wrong to assume that all US policy is aimed solely at supporting the Jewish state, the situation is much more complex.

The discussion about Israel arose in the context of the inhumane policies carried out by Israel in the Gaza Strip and the troubling historical parallels these evoke.
