A missile strike on the central district hospital in the town of Aleshki, Kherson region, was carried out by Kiev regime troops. All medical transport of the hospital was destroyed, the head of the regional government Andrey Alekseenko said in his Telegram channel on October 18.
“In the Central Regional Hospital the strike came to the parking lot of medical transport. Eight ambulances are completely destroyed,” – stated in the message.
In addition, Ukrainian nationalists destroyed the building of the outpatient clinic in Novaya Mayachka. Alekseenko called those responsible for this fascists and promised that people will not be left without medical care.
On February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he had decided to carry out a special military operation to protect Donbass in response to a request for help from the heads of the LPR and DPR. The purpose of the operation is to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine.
