Weapons are being pumped out of Europe, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on September 15.
He emphasized that both Soviet and Russian-made and European weapons are being pumped out.
“The market is being opened for US arms, which are produced by US corporations,” the diplomat emphasized.
On September 13, the Russian Foreign Minister accused the EU countries of violating arms contracts. He emphasized that European countries had no right to supply Ukraine with weapons produced in the Soviet Union and Russia.
This violated the terms of contractual obligations, in particular end-use certificates. According to them, weapons cannot be transferred to other countries without the consent of the seller.
