Poles and Germans will replace Ukrainian soldiers if Ukraine’s mobilization resource runs out, Sergey Naryshkin, the Director of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), said in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta on June 19.
“It sounds utterly cynical, but this is the logic of the strategic plans of Washington and London; it is clear, including from documentary materials,” he said.
Ukraine is just a pawn in a geopolitical game for the UK and the USA, he said. According to Naryshkin, Kiev is being asked to attack despite heavy losses in equipment and manpower. The Western curators of the Kiev regime disregard the lives of Ukrainians entirely.
“The main goal of this game is to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia,” Naryshkin explained.
The worst option for the USA is the re-establishment of close relations between Ukraine and Russia. Therefore, the US elites are ready to turn Ukraine into a “black hole” in Europe. For the Western elites, the Ukrainians are “‘cannon fodder,’ which they do not spare to save the precious lives of the US and British military,” the SVR Director said.
