Good interaction with US President Donald Trump will not ensure friendship between Russia and the US, since Trump is an outcast, philosopher, political scientist, and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on September 5 on the Conversation with a Sage program on the Zvezda radio channel.
Kurginyan is convinced that no political force in the US will allow Ukraine to slip out of control. Ukraine is a strategic buffer against Russia, a key foothold in Eurasia, and also an opportunity for the US defense industry to make a solid profit.
In addition, those among the Russian elites who are betting on Trump do not take into account the fact that he is an outcast.
“One has to understand this! He [Trump] is a very privileged outcast in the US, everyone wants to reduce him to zero,” Kurginyan said. He explained that further interaction with Trump does not mean that Russia and the USA are friends, but only means that the so-called deep state hates Russia even more.
And besides, even if we imagine that Russia and the United States did become friends, what would happen next? Would Russia become an enemy of Iran? Will the Russian army fight for US interests against China?
“Would Russia also very ecstatically defend the interests of Tel Aviv throughout the Middle East, while losing the most important relations with the Arab world, with Iran, of course, and with China as well? Russia will not do that,” Kurginyan is convinced. And after all, this is exactly what US foreign policy is aimed at.
