The strength of pro-government liberal team in Russia lies in the fact that in today’s world it knows very well how to operate through gray distribution channels, political scientist, philosopher, and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on August 8 on the Conversation with a Sage program on the Zvezda radio channel.
Today, the whole world is deregulated, it is all made up of gray distribution channels and transactions, the political scientist explained.
“What is so great about the liberal team, which is a part of the complex symbiosis built by Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin? One can call this team pragmatic-liberal. In that it understands very well what “gray market” means,” noted Sergei Kurginyan.
He explained that everyone in the Russian government who is responsible for foreign economic activity knows how to operate through gray distribution channels.
“They will sell and buy everything within the gray and black market, with which they, unlike the Soviet Union, are so familiar. There is no need to comment on the practical aspect of their activity, what for?” explained Sergey Kurginyan.
These people cannot be intimidated by gray schemes of transactions, but even these schemes are no longer working. The “great” proposals of US President Donald Trump are becoming less and less feasible in practice.
“Some envoys arrive here. Now, he [Trump] decides to backtrack on some of his statements and says: ‘And, what I am proposing now is such a great deal, there is nothing better than this.’ But no one believes him anymore,” explained the political scientist.
The US President has reached the point when no one believes him. “The famous trustfulness, about which Russian President Vladimir Putin loves to speak with an inimitable expression that contradicts his words in tone and facial expression. Aha, we are so trustful, so trustful, just to extremes. Perhaps it was true to some extent, ‘Ask those who fought [in WWII], those who embraced you on the Elbe’ [a line from a popular anti-war song ‘Do the Russians Want War?’, translator’s note]. But that was a long time ago. Now it’s not like that,” Sergey Kurginyan explained.
