The Ukrainian militants repeatedly attempted to strike the Druzhba pipeline in Bryansk Region.
Two years ago, a Tochka-U missile targeted the area, detonating near the Novozybkov oil pumping station close to the village.
Later, Ukrainian forces launched drone attacks against the pipeline, making multiple attempts to damage it. On December 30, 2024, they reportedly used a Peklo rocket-drone in another attack.
