The total losses of the Ukrainian armed units on the Kursk direction amounted to 315 people, Russian Armed Forces General Staff Chief Valery Gerasimov said in a report to President Vladimir Putin on August 7.
“The enemy’s losses amounted to 315 people, including at least 100 killed and 215 wounded,” Gerasimov said.
On August 6 at about 5 a.m., the Ukrainian armed units attacked the Kursk region near the town of Sudzha. According to official information from the Russian Defense Ministry, the enemy’s advance deep into Russian territory has been stopped.
