Kurginyan: There should be no place for collaborators if Russia is making a turn to the right

29.04.2024, Aleksandrovskoye.

If Russia is going to make a turn towards right-leaning policies there should be no place for collaborators and forces associated with the West, and there must be a great place for the USSR and its experience, said political scientist, philosopher, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on April 20 in his author’s program Destiny.

Stop the foolish lies that it is all red rhetoric, which cannot exist together with the Russian Orthodoxy and the imperial experience of Russia. We can all easily co-exist. Easily!” said the political scientist.

According to Kurginyan, Nicholas II, the last Russian emperor, was guilty in the death of the Russian Empire because he abdicated the throne, so praising him is very stupid; but Alexander III brought the country up and strengthened it. “Why cant he be a hero? He certainly can. It is not clear why in modern Russia busts should be erected to Pyotr Wrangel, a Russian officer who commanded the anti-Bolshevik White Army in the Southern Russia during the Russian Civil War, or God knows who else… Pyotr Krasnov, a commander of anti-bolshevik forces during the Russian Civil War and later a Nazi collaborator; or Helmut von Pannwitz, a German general who commanded the XV SS Cossack Cavalry Corps during WWII… in military institutions – be it private or not… But there is Suvorov, there is Nakhimov, there is Kutuzov, in the end there is Rumyantsev, Skobelev and other commanders who glorified Russia,” said the political scientist.

There are many great commanders among the White movement, or the Whites, during the Russian Civil War, who have not been tainted by collaboration with the Nazis, as opposed to the White Guards, noted the expert.

There are many different symbols, such as: Saint George defeating the dragon; Archangel Michael driving out the power of darkness and the army of darkness. Nobody is saying that everything should come down to a red flag,” Kurginyan said.

According to the political scientist, it is absolutely clear who exactly destroyed Nazism, what denazification really means, and who carried it out. It was Joseph Stalin, who strengthened the country and created its unheard-of greatness, noted Kurginyan.

In regards to this, I would like to say one thing: we must be careful as we are making turns one way or the other. Perhaps a turn towards right-leaning politics is reasonable, and I wont shed tears about it. I also know what the leftist nonsense is all about – on both, global and local scale – and I feel a deep disgust towards it due to its disregard for morality, perversion and internal anti-Russian sentiments. But, please, take it easy when turning one way or the other!” – said the political scientist.

According to Kurginyan, the turn towards the right should be a turn towards consolidation, the country should be able to fit into it along with Stalin; the USSR; the industrialization; the reasonable autarchy, where everything is produced in the country; the invincible army; the militarized society.

There can be no place for collaboration with the West; there can be no place for forces that are still too closely connected with Western intelligence services, whats been described in volumes and volumes of many books. There can be no place in it for the Nazi enemies of Russia and there can be no place in it for the civilization of death, which has many faces and besides its liberal face, also has an ultra-right face too,” Kurginyan concluded.
