The deaths of civilians in the streets of the city from the Ukrainian strike led to the building of protective structures.

The Ukrainian armed units continue to attack Belgorod. Alerts about the possible missile attack are published on the Emergency Situations Ministry’s app and social networks. Most of the missiles are intercepted by air defense facilities. Explosions in the sky of Belgorod can be heard almost daily. In addition, the Ukrainian armed units use airplane-type UAVs.

Under these conditions, the problem of protecting the population from possible “attacks” became apparent. Reinforced concrete shelters appeared in the streets of the city.

The operational headquarters under the region governor decided that the shopping centers of Belgorod and Belgorod district would be open until 20:00 until the special order.
