Russia does not need a conflict of civilizations, so in our combat against Islamism we should rely on our supporters there, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, philosopher and political scientist Sergey Kurginyan said on November 3 on the program Conversation with a Sage on the Zvezda radio station.
According to the political scientist, we cannot combat Islamism with ethnic Russian hands as this would result in a conflict of civilizations, which Russia does not need.
“We should do this relying on our supporters there. They know that their wives and children will be killed unless they stop it. They know that very well. This is why I think, on the one hand, that we should recognize the scale of this event. I repeat, it will be suppressed. But if someone thinks that it should be fueled, then it is a major issue. And this is the first thing we should do: recognize its scale,” Kurginyan told.
Secondly, according to the political scientist, we should see the technology and and the configuration of forces, and then, thirdly, we should begin to use a political, strategic, informational language, which should be “tough and still logical, and expressive enough, in order to cool down certain number of excited minds through extinguishing this fire with backburning.”
Kurginyan noted that we should be prepared to any possible scenarios in case the USA has gone insane, and we should also understand that all these are long-term processes “and that Russia that was built for a comfortable and quiet existence” cannot survive in a hell that will surround it.
“We should use our current resource to the full, and we should save this resource. We should be extremely cautious, and we should know that in 3-4 years what we have as a reserve, and we should have it, will become our primary option. And this will save our children, our grandchildren, all the citizens of our country with various ideological beliefs,” Kurginyan concluded.
